The Pinery
The Pinery is the heart of the house. Mornings begin with a slow breakfast — poha, parathas, fresh fruit, eggs any way — while the mist clears outside the glass. Lunch and dinner move between Rajasthani heritage recipes (dal baati churma done properly, gatte ki sabzi, laal maas on request) and familiar North Indian and Continental comfort. Everything is cooked to order; most of it is cooked slowly.
