The table with a view

Three places to eat, one philosophy: seasonal, slow, and unmistakably of these hills.

The Pinery

7:30 am – 10:30 pm

The Pinery is the heart of the house. Mornings begin with a slow breakfast — poha, parathas, fresh fruit, eggs any way — while the mist clears outside the glass. Lunch and dinner move between Rajasthani heritage recipes (dal baati churma done properly, gatte ki sabzi, laal maas on request) and familiar North Indian and Continental comfort. Everything is cooked to order; most of it is cooked slowly.

The Terrace Grill

6:00 pm – 10:30 pm (seasonal)

When the evening cools, the rooftop terrace comes alive. Kebabs and tandoori specialties come off the charcoal sigri, soups arrive in kulhads, and in winter the bonfire becomes the centre of the evening. On clear nights, the stars compete with the town lights below — book the corner table for the sunset seating.

Chai Baithak

All day

Part library, part tea room, the Baithak is where afternoons dissolve. A rotating menu of chai — masala, adrak, kesar — with maska bun, pakoras when it rains, and a shelf of books curated for exactly this setting. No reservations, no hurry.

Our kitchen's promise

Cooked slowly, served warmly

Our kitchens buy from Mount Abu's morning market and nearby Sirohi farms — seasonal vegetables, hill honey, and dairy from local cooperatives. Menus follow the weather: light and fresh in summer, slow-cooked and warming when the mist rolls in. Tell us about allergies, Jain preferences, or special occasions — the kitchen loves a brief.
